Welcome to SedaDay.com and ShineWithSeda.com, owned by SD International Inc. (“Company,” “us,” “we,” or “our”). These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the website or use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or guidelines posted on our website.

2. Services Provided

SD International Inc. specializes in providing hypnosis and life coaching sessions, coaching courses, challenges, retreats and webinars. Our services aim to support personal growth, self-improvement, and well-being. However, our services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

3. Earnings & Results Disclaimer

Our programs, courses, coaching, and services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific results, income, business success, or personal outcomes from applying the information, tools, or strategies we provide.

Your results will depend on many factors, including your individual circumstances, experience, effort, consistency, and commitment. Any examples, testimonials, or success stories shared are for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results.

Nothing on our website, in our programs, or in our content constitutes legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. If you require professional advice, please consult a qualified professional in the appropriate field.

4. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

5. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being and actions. The effectiveness of hypnosis and coaching sessions varies from person to person, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes. We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before starting any new treatment or making significant changes to your health regimen.

6. Booking and Payments

- Booking: All bookings must be made through our website or designated booking platform.

- Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

- Pricing: All prices are subject to change. The price applicable at the time of booking is the price you will be charged.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

One-on-One Sessions and Coaching Programs:

- Payment in full is required to confirm all one-on-one sessions and coaching programs.

- If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited and are non-refundable.

Online Courses and Digital Products

- Due to the nature of our digital products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final.

- No refunds will be issued for online courses, digital downloads, recordings, or other digital products.

- Course access is granted immediately upon purchase and is non-transferable.

Group Hypnosis Sessions and Workshops

- Registration fees for group hypnosis sessions and workshops are non-refundable.

- If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another person with prior notice before the event begins.

- Registrations may not be transferred after the event has started.

Rise Retreat (June 4–6, 2027)

- Early Bird investment: CAD $997 (available until September 30, 2026, or until all 5 Early Bird spots have been claimed, whichever comes first).

- If you choose to sign up on Eventbrite, fees will be added on top of the ticket price.

- If you choose to sign up on Luma, the price will be displayed inclusive of Luma platform fees

- Regular investment: CAD $1,297.

- A CAD $300 non-refundable reservation deposit is included in the retreat investment.

- Payment may be made in full or through an approved payment plan.

- Payments may be made by credit card, PayPal, or Interac e-Transfer.

- All payment plans must be paid in full no later than May 5, 2027.

- Missed or declined payments must be resolved within seven (7) days, or your reservation may be cancelled.

- Cancellations made on or before April 5, 2027, will receive a refund of all amounts paid, less the CAD $300 non-refundable reservation deposit and less than any Eventbrite or Luma fees

- Cancellations made after April 5, 2027, are non-refundable.

- Retreat registrations may be transferred to another participant with prior written approval no later than May 5, 2027.

- No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for no-shows.

- Guests paying in full receive a complimentary one-on-one coaching session, redeemable within six (6) months after the retreat. This bonus is non-transferable, has no cash value, and is forfeited if the retreat booking is cancelled.

- Transportation to and from the retreat is the responsibility of each participant.

- If the retreat is cancelled by the organizer, participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to a future retreat date or service, or receive a refund, as applicable.

- If the retreat must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organizer's reasonable control (Force Majeure), every reasonable effort will be made to reschedule the retreat. The organizer is not responsible for airfare, transportation, accommodations booked outside the retreat, or other personal travel expenses.

8. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our clients. All client information and session details are kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, including but not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, or other damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SD International Inc., its officers, directors, employees, independent contractors and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these terms and conditions.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these terms and conditions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta/Canada. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta/Canada.
